My First WOLLMEISE

Who don't knows the legendary WOLLMEISE yarn??

You can googling all of information about this yarn, and you'll know ;)
I can't give more review about this yarn, because this is my first time to buy WOLLMEISE yarn. Based on review that I've read, this yarn is looks like a cotton ply when you see in hanks, but when it washed and blocked, it'll be extremely soft!



Now, they have four different types of yarns :
1. Pure (100% Merino Superwash - 150gr/574 yds)
2. Twin / Sock yarn (80% Wool Merino, 20% Polyamid - 150gr/510 yds)
3. DK (100% Wool, Merino - 200gr/468 yds)
4. Lace (100% Wool, Merino - 350gr/1722 yds)

I bought this yarn when I went to go to Germany, but unfortunately I couldn't visit Claudia's store in Munich. So, I decided to go in her website and ship to my friend's house in Germany, sure I can save more cost than ship to Indonesia.

I bought 2 skeins of Wollmeise Twin in Rottkapchen

Wollmeise Pure in Merlot

For me, I do love with all those yarns that I've bought. Pure is softer than Twin I think, because I test with cheek swab! hahaha. But I'm still not knitting with this yarn yet, there's a lot of my WIP projects! fiuh.
